MESURE SYSTEMS, S.L. expresses its commitment and support for the Quality initiative in relation to its activity:

“Advice and implementation of computer systems for managing operations in industrial plants”.

In our desire to achieve greater quality in our services, we have established the following maxims to be met, taking into account that said policy provides the reference framework to establish the relevant objectives:

  • Comply with current regulations corresponding to each activity carried out by the company, in relation to quality.
  • Carry out the work in accordance with the quality specifications established by the clients.
  • Ensure that the provision of the service meets the expectations of the clients, in terms of quality, term and cost, fostering a culture of permanent interaction with them to find out their needs and expectations in the various services provided.
  • Promote good practices in quality in the performance of the activities of the workers of MESURE SYSTEMS, S.L.
  • Promote innovation actions, mainly technological, in order to carry out activities as efficiently as possible.
  • Promote the commitment to continuous improvement of the Quality management system to improve performance.
  • Select our suppliers under quality criteria, carrying out control and monitoring through periodic evaluations in order to guarantee the highest quality in the performance of the services provided and products supplied externally. Based on this evaluation and as long as there are no nonconformities in the services provided by these providers, they will remain as approved providers.

In order to achieve these goals, the Management of MESURE SYSTEMS, S.L. has implemented the following actions:

  • Establish a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Foster a culture of work, effort and proactivity among its workers.
  • Establish the commitment to continuous improvement of our processes and working conditions, towards the Quality of our services and products, customer satisfaction, including pollution prevention, and other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organization.
  • Properly train staff to carry out their activities with the level of quality required in each case. In this way they are participants in the respect of our policy in all their activities.
  • Create effective communication channels among the company's staff to disseminate knowledge or best practices that can result in an improvement in the quality of the work to be carried out.

This Quality Policy:

  • It is presented in order to constitute the reference framework to establish and review the Quality objectives of MESURE SYSTEMS, S.L.
  • It is at disposal to all interested parties who request their knowledge and it is communicated to all the people who work for MESURE SYSTEMS, S.L. or on behalf of it, with the purpose of making them aware of their individual obligations and responsibilities to fulfill in terms of Quality.
  • It is periodically reviewed in order to ensure that it continues to be relevant and appropriate to the requirements of MESURE SYSTEMS, S.L. and its Quality Management System.
